Important Note: The Executive Board of Council, does not and will not, be compensated for its voluntary community service to and from Philippine Business Council. The delegation of its roles, responsibility and accountability will be permanent and co-terminus with its residence in Qatar, unless otherwise revoked by majority of the Board due to, but not limited to, conviction, death or incapacity.

Voting Power:

Each Permanent Executive Board of Council has equivalent of one (1) vote. In case of 50:50 votes, the Chairman will cast one (1) additional vote to break the tie.
